Early in my banking career I accepted a chief lending officer position at a troubled bank. This position was hard and scary at times and required great perseverance, but eventually led to a significant promotion to a much larger banking center.

Don’t be afraid to take on messy situations at work. With perseverance and God’s leading you will mature and be more likely considered worthy for the next assignment.
