Sadie Robertson Huff, Brock Purdy, and Jessa Seewald Welcome Newborns Days Apart

Multiple Christian public figures are praising God for new life after welcoming newborns into the world in recent days -- a string of joyful announcements that has their fans celebrating alongside them. Sadie Robertson Huff, star of Duck Dynasty: The Revival, gave birth to a baby girl on Aug. 1, sharing joyful hospital photos of her smiling family and introducing the newborn as Kit Carroway Huff.
“God has hand crafted every detail of her story, and we are just in awe of His goodness! We can’t wait to watch all that He has for her life unfold,” Huff wrote. “Soaking it all in.”
The name Kit means “Christ-bearer” and “pure,” Huff said. “Carroway” is her grandmother, Kay Robertson’s, maiden name.
“Congratulations!!!!” actress Candace Cameron Bure wrote on her Instagram page.
“In LOVE with our little Kit!!! She is a dream,” her mother, Korie Robertson, added.
Huff and her husband, Christian, now have three children -- all daughters.
San Francisco quarterback Brock Purdy and his wife Jenna also welcomed a baby into the world in recent days, when their daughter, Millie Joleen Purdy, was born. She is their first child.
“Life just became a whole lot sweeter,” Jenna Purdy wrote in an Instagram post.
Most fans didn’t know the Purdy family was expecting.
“Now that was a well kept secret,” one person wrote.
Brock Purdy’s teammate, tight end George Kittle, wrote in a celebratory post alongside the couple’s picture: “Mom and dad!”
Jessa Duggar Seewald and her husband Ben also rejoiced in the birth of a baby this week, although they have yet to reveal the name or gender. It is their sixth child.
“There’s nothing like those first few moments right after a baby is born,” she said, according to Church Leaders. “As a mother, you’re just overwhelmed with joy, relieved that all of that labor is behind you, that baby is here, that everything is good.”
