Bearing One Another’s Burdens

There will be a time when you will be faced with an urgent request for help from a friend, neighbor or family member. How will you respond? Are you available to help carry a burden that this person cannot carry alone? The Apostle Paul says we are to “Bear one another’s burdens, and thus fulfill the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2). Bearing burdens is not optional, but rather a command. Additionally, there will be a time when we need help in carrying our burdens. Have you created a community where you bear burdens and where others will know how to bear yours?
