Caring For Your Body

We talk a lot about caring for our minds and hearts—what about our body, which is “the temple of the Holy Spirit” (I Corinthians 6:19). We cannot live Godly lives if we are abusing our bodies, and I believe this pertains to the food we eat, what we drink, as well as the rest and relaxation we give to ourselves. While this may seem elementary, we must tend to our bodies so that we are equipped to serve and minister to others. Are you caring for your body today?
