Just Let it Go

‘Let it go,’ are wise words. We’ve all had someone say those words to us, most often when we are hanging onto troubled feelings. Fortunately, we do have the capacity to ‘let it go.’ We can train ourselves to ‘look on the brighter side.’ We can consider situations from other perspectives, which often changes our entire outlook. We can reflect on what it might be like to look through someone else’s eyes. What do you need to ‘let go’ today? Experiment with ‘letting it go’ and notice the change in your mood! “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will make straight your paths” (Proverbs 3:5-6).
