Living in the Light

What happens when we are more concerned about our reputation that about restoration? We present one image to the world while our ‘real self’ is hidden away so others can not only not see us but cannot minister to us? We protect our image, hoping others will only see the good parts of our nature. But this is deception. This stops people from seeing our true nature and prevents them from speaking into our lives. If we allow, God says “He reveals the deep things of darkness and brings utter darkness into the light” (Job 12:22). Will you courageously allow God to bring the things we have hidden into the light where healing can occur?
