Sharing Feelings

I have found that many people connect with one another by way of their feelings. Certainly this is not the only way to connect—we can share thoughts, ideas and even opinions. But speaking from what I call our Most Vulnerable Self is an especially powerful way to connect with one another. Are you able to access and talk about your feelings? Consider that sharing your feelings is a way to share your deepest self with another and they will be honored by it.
