The unknown often brings fear because we naturally want certainty. We want to know how things will turn out before taking the next step. Yet Scripture reminds us that our confidence is never meant to rest in knowing the future—it rests in knowing the God who does.

Throughout the Bible, people like Esther, Daniel, and Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego trusted God even when the outcome was uncertain. Their faith wasn’t based on guaranteed results but on God’s unchanging character.

Today’s prayer invites you to release your worries about tomorrow and commit your plans to the Lord. As Psalm 37:5 reminds us, God is faithful to those who trust Him, even when they cannot yet see the path ahead.
