Family disagreements can leave us emotionally drained long after the day is over. This nightly prayer encourages believers to release hurt, embrace God's forgiveness, and rest peacefully in His healing presence.

Some of the hardest moments to carry into the night are the ones that involve the people we love most.

Perhaps today's conversation didn't end well.

Maybe words were spoken that can't easily be taken back.

Or perhaps nothing was said at all, and the silence has become its own kind of hurt.

As bedtime arrives, it's tempting to replay every conversation and imagine every possible outcome. But God never intended for us to fall asleep carrying burdens that belong in His hands.

Tonight, He gently invites you to release the tension, surrender the hurt, and trust Him with what you cannot fix before morning.

The miracle may not happen tonight.

But peace can.

"Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

— Ephesians 4:32
