"The Story of Everything" producer Brian Bird joins Crosswalk Talk's Michael Foust to discuss how the new documentary challenges the "freight train" of scientific materialism and explores the evidence for design in the universe. He explains why he believes young people are searching for meaning and why science itself can point toward purpose instead of despair. Bird also opens up about how making the film strengthened his own faith and why the team wanted the documentary to be “bulletproof to the skeptics.” Plus, he shares behind-the-scenes insight into the lasting success of "When Calls the Heart" – which he co-created – and the passionate “Hearties” fan community.
