Loving your enemies may be one of the hardest commands in Scripture—but it’s also one of the clearest. In this powerful daily prayer video, we ask God for supernatural compassion and mercy for those who have hurt us, opposed us, or stood in conflict with us. Drawing from Jesus’ words in Matthew 5 and the example of His forgiveness from the cross, this prayer helps soften our hearts and align our response with God's heart. This prayer isn’t just for moments of deep betrayal—it’s for every moment we’re tempted to respond with resentment instead of love. 🙏 Prayer: God, Give Us Compassion for Our Enemies Lord, You see every wound, every offense, and every person who has caused pain in our lives. And yet, You call us not to return evil for evil, but to bless and forgive. Father, soften our hearts toward those who’ve hurt us. Help us remember that they, too, are made in Your image. Give us divine compassion, not in our strength but Yours. Remind us that forgiveness sets us free and that love disarms darkness. Use our kindness to lead others toward repentance and healing. We want to love like Jesus—even when it’s hard. Amen.
