Does the Bible Allow Women to Be Pastors?

Before answering this question, it's very important to define terms because what one church defines as a pastor is sometimes different than what another church defines as a pastor. For instance, in some churches, everyone who is on staff or paid is called a pastor. Yet, her role may be defined very differently in another church.

Mary and her family live in western Canada.
