Is There a Clear Biblical Reason Why Marijuana Should Not Be Legalized?

There's certainly a place for the government coming in to regulate different kinds of things, and there's a place where they shouldn't go. And oftentimes, the government has crossed the line, and they've regulated certain parts of our lives they shouldn't be regulating. But when we look at marijuana, a lot of times, people look at that and say it doesn't harm anybody. But marijuana does have harmful effects - it harms not only the individuals who use it, but the people they associate with as well.
