With the rise of Alzheimer’s disease many are looking for a solution to stop their declining mental ability. In a Wall Street Journal article, Dr. Patricia Boyle, a neuropsychologist and researcher, claims that their studies have discovered a way to slow cognitive decline by 30%!

The answer is to discover and pursue your purpose in life. People who are living out their purpose keep their mind more active and engaged.

Unfortunately, many people live decades after retirement with their sense of purpose becoming shelved.

Ephesians 2:10 reminds us, “For we are God’s workmanship, createdin Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

God has a plan and a purpose for each day. Don’t waste decades of your life. Pursue your purpose daily.
