Normally, we think about having confidence as a good thing. But when it comes to having confidence in our flesh, that's not the case. Why? Because once we turn our lives over to God, our confidence is in Christ. Paul puts it this way "For we are the circumcision, who worship by the Spirit of God and glory in Christ Jesus and put no confidence in the flesh" (vs. 3).
So what does putting "no confidence in the flesh" mean to you? What helps you keep your confidence in the right place--in Christ? Tami W.
