This psalm is about Zion or Jerusalem; why is it worthy of praise (87:1-2)? What does the Lord record and why (87:4,6)? Where does God take up residence today? How does that influence your praise?
One message came through loud and clear from Psalm 87--Jerusalem or Zion is special in the eyes of God. And what's special to God should be important to me as well.
