A Wise Tongue

today's reading.
Proverbs 15:2; Psalms 13:3    The tongue of the wise commends knowledge, but the mouths of fools pour out folly...

the blog.
Two insightful verses on wisdom and our words today.

"The tongue of the wise commends knowledge, but the mouths of fools pour out folly." Proverbs 15:2

"Whoever guards his mouth preservers his life; he who opens wide his lips comes to ruin." Proverbs 13:3

Take a couple of minutes and re-read these verses. This time through jot down on a piece of paper what you see about how we use our words. And then share a couple things with us here on the blog. Tami W.

P.S. Here are a couple of things I saw. Proverbs 15:2--the more I use my mouth, the more opportunity I have to "pour out folly." Proverbs 13:3--I need to be mindful of every word.
