Young to Old
Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
My dad and mom did their best to train me and my brothers and sister in the way we should go. They were following Proverbs 22:6, trying to raise us up according to God's Word and to teach us what the Bible says. I'm thankful for that because even now, as an adult (and, no, I'm not willing to concede that I'm "old" just yet) I find myself drawing on things that my parents showed and taught me from God's Word.
So how has what you've learned from God's Word in the past helped you navigate and make wise decisions maybe weeks, months or even years later? How important is it for us to store up God's Word to our hearts and know His ways? Tami W.
