Hebrews 2:1-4 Therefore we must pay much closer attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it...
My need to hold on tightly to God's Word is what came to mind as I read Hebrews 2:1-4. These verses got me thinking about how easy it is for us to get off course. Now sometimes that change in course is intentional, but all too often it isn't. It just happens little by little (thus the word "drift"). And based on my experience, that kind of gradual drift can be very dangerous.
So what are some things we can do to check and see if we're drifting? And if we are, how do we deal it? What specifically will you do to "pay much closer attention" to God's Word this week? Tami W.
