A Stable Market
By: Matt Cline
August 2, 2012

As the long term uncertainty of the stock market continues, many investors are using their money to purchase precious metals, such as silver and gold.  An ounce of gold purchased in 1972 and sold in June, 2012 would have returned an astonishing 3,150% profit on the original investment.

But the Bible tells of an investment that returns far more than gold or silver.

Proverbs 3:13 teaches about wisdom, “Blessed is the man who finds wisdom, the man who gains understanding, for she is more profitable than silver and yields better returns than gold.”

Often times we gauge our profit and net worth based on our financial portfolios.  If we truly want to be profitable in our businesses, we must first seek to gain wisdom.  Its return far outweighs any financial product.

Integration is the key to changing that mindset and thus “redeeming” the vast majority of our time, the hours devoted to work. When our work is a holy calling and a ministry, it’s loaded with spiritual significance. All that time we spend at work has spiritual value. So while balance alone might redeem some hours, integration can redeem far more! Purchase here.
