Pas the Day - October 29, 2019

And do not conform to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. (Romans 12:2)

As the believer maintains an attitude of surrender, a daily change takes place in his life. “To be conformed” means “to become like” or “to take the shape of.” The surrendered believer is no longer conformed to the policies, fashions, and practices of the world about him. In fact, there is a distinctiveness of lifestyle that sets him apart from the carnal man. So many Christians are like chameleons that change their color according to their surroundings. You cannot tell the difference between them and the unconverted.

God will finish the good work He’s begun in you

When life knocks you down, you can feel that God is a long way away.

But be encouraged – because He’s right there, working in you and for you, even when you don’t feel Him.

Finishing Work is a new series from Pas that takes you through the Psalms to show you that God always keeps His promises – especially His promise to complete the good work He’s begun in you. And we’d love to send you a copy as our thank you for your gift today.

So request Finishing Work when you give below to help others understand that truth and hold onto God’s promises too. Be encouraged!
