Candace Cameron Bure Celebrates Birth of Second Grandchild: ‘Dreams Really Do Come True’

Actress, author, podcast host and outspoken Christian, Candace Cameron Bure is now officially a grandmother of two after her daughter, Natasha Bure Perry, recently gave birth to a baby girl.

The "Fuller House" star announced the joyous news by posting a photo of the newest addition to her growing family on social media. In the photo on Instagram, the little girl is being held by her mother and father as they each plant a kiss on the child's cheeks.

“Dreams really do come true,” Bure wrote in the caption. “We love you so much Winnie sweet pea. You are so loved. CandyGram and Deda are here for every moment.”

In addition to telling the world the name of her second grandchild, she also made it aware what her grandchildren will call her and her husband. In the post's caption, Bure referred to herself as "CandyGram." She called her husband "Deda," which, according to ChurchLeaders, is the word for "grandpa" in Russian.

Many people, in response to Bure's post, offered congratulations to the now grandmother-of-two, while others mentioned just how cute Bure's second grandchild is.

Natasha, 28, who is the oldest of Candace Cameron Bure’s three children, also celebrated the birth of her daughter.

"It was always you, my Winnie,” she wrote on Instagram. She also updated her Instagram bio to include “Winnie’s mom." The photos in the post include one that reveals Winnie's middle name is Helaine.

Perry’s husband, Bradley Perry, 27, not to be left out on the happy occasion, also posted on Instagram, celebrating the arrival of his daughter.

“Welcome to the world, my sweet Winnie girl,” he wrote. His post also included a handful of photos of the child and photos of the new parents beaming as they hold their precious little one.

As Crosswalk Headlines previously reported, Candace Cameron Bure celebrated the birth of her first grandchild, Bond Leo Bure, the son of Candace's son, Lev and Elliott Bure, who was born 10 weeks early on Aug.4.

“Welcome baby boy!!!! BOND LEO BURE. 8.4.2026 🤍🦁,” Elliot Bure captioned the post. “Bond was born 10 weeks early at exactly 3 lbs. and was transferred immediately to the NICU — through lots of tears, countless prayers, and what felt like endless hours in the hospital, 5 weeks and 5 days later we finally brought our miracle boy home!!”

“Thank you to the entire staff of nurses and doctors who took the most incredible care of our baby, and to our community who we couldn’t have done any of it without!” she added. “Thank you Jesus for every answered prayer!!!!! we are blessed beyond measure!!!!”

Meanwhile, Candace Cameron Bure described her grandson as a “miracle baby.”

“Bond Leo is a miracle baby,” she wrote, “Our hearts could not be more full of love. You and Lev are the most amazing parents - and we are here for every minute of it. We love you all sooooooo much.”
