Third Day Reunites for 30th Anniversary Tour after More than a Decade

For the first time in over a decade, the Christian rock band Third Day will go on tour as part of their 30th anniversary.
"We're Third Day, and we're hitting the road all together for the first time in over 11 years," lead singer and Third Day co-founder Mac Powell said in a promotional video shared on Instagram.
The tour, which launches in 2026, will span three months and visit 30 cities across the US. Award-winning artist Zach Williams will be joining Third Day for the anniversary tour. Four members of Third Day who will be part of the tour included Powell on lead vocals, Mark Lee on electric guitar, Tai Anderson on bass, and David Carr on drums, Church Leaders reports.
Each concert will feature "all the hits" from Third Day, including "Your Love Oh Lord," "Consuming Fire," "Nothing At All," "My Hope Is You," and more. Throughout the band's career, they've "sold 10 million albums, achieved 31 No. 1 singles, and released 14 studio albums" since its inception in 1991.
"This show will be more than just a concert," Anderson said. "It's a celebration of music, faith community, and most importantly—you—our incredible fans."
Speaking to CCM Magazine, Powell explained how he's constantly been asked when his band would reunite to play again.
"I've been getting asked the question for many years, 'When is Third Day going to do a tour again,' and I've always said…One day soon, I hope!" he said. "I'm so excited that we finally get the chance to play music together again on stage and give our fans what they've been waiting for."
The tour, which will span for about 3 months, will begin on March 26 in the following cities: Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
"This is going to be a once-in-a-lifetime night of live music and celebration for all generations to experience," said Dan Fife, CEO of Awakening Events, the company presenting the tour.
During the band's farewell tour in 2018, Third Day played 12 shows, which expanded to 20 shows.
"Third Day has always been, first and foremost, a live band," Lee shared with CCM Magazine. "The best way to celebrate 30 years is to get back together for a tour. I can't wait to get back out on the road with these guys and put on a big show for our fans."
"We can't wait to see you soon," said Lee.
