There comes a moment when parenting changes.

You've taught them. Loved them. Corrected them. Prayed over them. Prepared them.

And still, the question comes:

Did I do enough?

Jochebed prepared the basket that carried Moses. She waterproofed it. She placed her baby inside.

But then she had to do something much harder.

She had to let go of the basket.

Maybe your "basket" is heading toward college. Maybe they're getting married, moving away, starting their own family, or making choices you wouldn't make for them.

You can't follow them everywhere.

But God can.

The basket was never truly holding Moses. God was.

And He's holding your child, too.
