Sometimes the busiest season begins before the calendar says it has.

You can feel it coming.

School schedules begin arriving.

Work projects start stacking up.

Church commitments return.

Family activities multiply.

Suddenly, the open spaces of summer begin disappearing.

And before autumn has even fully arrived, your mind is already there.

Planning.

Anticipating.

Worrying.

Preparing.

That is why this in-between moment matters.

Before the rush, there is still time to pull away.

To remember that your life does not depend on staying in constant motion.

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”

— Isaiah 26:3
