Does your mind feel like it's trying to keep track of everything at once?

Emails. Appointments. Work. Family. Notifications. Chores. The next thing—and the thing after that.

Multitasking can make us feel productive, but constantly dividing our attention can also leave us mentally scattered, stressed, and exhausted.

In today's Your Daily Prayer, Whitney Hopler reflects on God's invitation in Psalm 46:10:

“Be still, and know that I am God.”

God isn't asking you to be still so you can become even more productive afterward. He's inviting you to be still so you can know Him more.

You don't have to keep everything moving at once. You don't have to carry the pressure of believing everything depends on you. Give God what you cannot control, focus faithfully on what's in front of you, and allow your scattered mind to settle in His presence.

🙏 If your mind has been overwhelmed lately, pray with us today.
