ISIS Tortures and Kills Iraqi Human Rights Activist

ISIS terrorists have reportedly killed an Iraqi human rights lawyer after finding her guilty of abandoning Islam in their court.

The human rights activist, Sameera Salih Ali Al-Nuaimy, was removed from her husband and children and taken to an unknown location to be killed. Authorities believe that al-Nuaimy was tortured before she was killed by ISIS.

U.N. envoy to Iraq Nikolay Mladenov said, "By torturing and executing a female human rights' lawyer and activist, defending in particular the civil and human rights of her fellow citizens in Mosul, ISIL continues to attest to its infamous nature, combining hatred, nihilism and savagery, as well as its total disregard of human decency."

According to Iraqi human rights activist Hanaa Edwer, ISIS have killed four other female human rights activists in recent weeks.

"But it is not just women being targeted. They will kill anyone with a voice. It is terrifying,” Edwer said.
