Tennessee Man Threatens to Behead Neighbors, Claims to Be ISIS Member

A Tennessee man reportedly threatened to behead his neighbors and burn down their houses, claiming to be a member of ISIS. The man, Terry Wayne McCullough, is now in custody and criminal charges for conspiracy.

According to  Charisma News, McCullough is “a known troublemaker.”

Tullahoma Police Chief Paul Blackwell said, "We've dealt with him quite a few times over the years. Most of the issues we've had to deal with him have been minor, misdemeanor charges."

When McCullough claimed ties to ISIS, his threats were taken seriously. He is currently being held in Coffee County Jail on $10,000 bond with a court  date set for Oct. 23.

Tullahoma police officer James Tate noted that McCullough referred to ISIS, he called the terrorist organization “ISSI.”

According to Tate, McCullough "stated he was a member of ISSI and they were going to clean up the world ... He was going to cut my head off, because he hated me and the uniform I wore and all police.”
