Billy Graham has now been gone from this earth and has been in his eternal home for over a month. While alive on earth, Graham was one of the most famous evangelists of all time; however, his influence did not cease with his death.

Christianity Today has reported that, although Graham’s funeral was hailed as his “last crusade,” his evangelism did not end when he took his last breath.

Many Christian leaders have written tributes to Graham following his death, in which they presented the gospel. The media’s coverage of Graham’s death and his legacy also helped to spread the message that was so close to Graham’s heart.

More than 1.2 million people have visited the website in the month following Graham’s death. The website includes a clip of Graham on one of his crusades, clearly sharing the gospel message and inviting the audience to make a decision for Christ.

In addition, Christianity Today reports that more than 113,000 people have visited the website in the last month which also features Graham giving a gospel message. According to the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, 10,500 people said they prayed a prayer to accept Jesus or to renew their faith in Him.

The BGEA offers live coaches online that will chat with those who are considering putting their faith in Christ. They also offer follow-up resources for those who make a decision to trust Jesus.

The interest Graham sparked in the gospel during his lifetime is in no way decreasing with his death. Because he put his trust in God’s Word, which the Bible says “will never pass away,” (Matt. 24:35), his legacy lives on.
