Planned Parenthood Executive Discovered Selling Aborted Body Parts

A disturbing video showing a Planned Parenthood executive explaining how abortionists are able to save body parts of aborted fetuses to sell to research companies, is circulating online.

The video, shot in July 2014 with a hidden camera, was posted by the Center for Medical Progress, a medical ethics advocacy group. Fox News reports the Center for Medical Progress arranged two actors posing as representatives to a biologics company to meet with Planned Parenthood senior director of medical services Deborah Nucatola.

In the video, Nucatola says abortionists harvest organs from fetuses based on what body parts are desired.

“Yesterday was the first time she said people wanted lungs,” she told the fake buyers. “Some people want lower extremities, too, which, that’s simple. That’s easy. I don’t know what they’re doing with it, I guess if they want muscle.”

She continued, “I’d say a lot of people want liver. And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they’ll know where they’re putting their forceps.”

Nucatola explained that abortionists avoid “crushing” the organs that are desired by the buyers.

“We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact,” she said.

Planned Parenthood responded to the leaked video with a claim that the Center for Medical Progress edited the footage to appear that the group was involved in illegal activity.

Planned Parenthood spokesman Eric Ferrero said in a statement, “A well funded group established for the purpose of damaging Planned Parenthood’s mission and services has promoted a heavily edited, secretly recorded videotape that falsely portrays Planned Parenthood’s participation in tissue donation programs that support lifesaving scientific research.”

Ferrero continued that Planned Parenthood only donates tissue for scientific research with the consent of patients. He denied that the company makes money from the selling of aborted baby organs.

Many remain skeptical of Planned Parenthood’s innocense.

David Daledien, who headed the undercover investigation of illegal sale of body parts within Planned Parenthood said, “Planned Parenthood’s criminal conspiracy to make money off of aborted baby parts reaches to the very highest levels of their organization. Elected officials must listen to the public outcry for Planned Parenthood to be held accountable to the law and for our tax dollars to stop underwriting this barbaric abortion business.”
