Norm Miller's Faithfulness
by Rick Boxx
April 5, 2010

When I met Norm Miller, chairman of Interstate Batteries, I asked about the culture of Interstate prior to him becoming CEO. Norm shared that although it was a solid company with good values he felt called to assure that God was at the center of the business.

God had freed him from alcohol a couple of years prior, so he was committed to bringing glory to God in all he did.

Norm's team began thinking strategically about how to give God the glory in a winsome way. Most people who know much about Interstate Batteries culture today would affirm Norm has led well.

1 Corinthians 4:2 teaches, "Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful." Thank you Norm Miller for your example!
