Trusting God for Results
Sarah knew her health, her family and her emotional state were straining under the long hours she and her husband had been working at their new retail business.
Although Sarah had significant marketing skills, she’d been working the counter each day to avoid increased payroll costs. She asked for my advice.
Sarah needed to reprioritize her life. I urged her to re-invest time with God, allocate appropriate hours to her family, and give what was left towards using her skills to market the business, hiring others to work the counter. Then trust God for the result.
Matthew 6:33 teaches, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
If we truly believe God’s in charge, we need to prioritize accordingly.
