Excellent Painting

today's reading.
Romans 8:1-11; John 14:15-17   There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus...

think about it.
How have you been "set free" by the Spirit? How does it influence your daily life to know that the Spirit indwells in you?

the blog.
I really enjoyed reading what I'm calling Paul's mini lecture on the Holy Spirit in Romans 8:1-11. Paul does a good job of painting a picture for us of what walking and living in the Spirit means and looks like--both from a positive approach ("to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace." vs. 6) and a negative approach ("the mind set on the flesh is hostile toward God." vs. 7). I like that, because it allows us to get a complete and well-rounded look at this important issue.

So what did you learn from Paul today? Tami W.
